Obituary for Edward Harold Pegg
Edward Harold Pegg 80 of Boomer, WV died March 18, 2018. He was born in Asheville, NC on January 6, 1938 to the late Charley Coy and Ellen Arrowood Pegg.
Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Thelma Pegg, siblings; Coy Pegg, Burton Pegg, Glady Nunn, and Lucille Pegg.
He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his children; Brenda Pinkston (Scott) of Sevierville, TN, Edward H. Pegg, Jr. of Boomer, Karen Root of Hanna Wyoming, Timothy Pegg (Joyce) of Muskegon, MI., David Pegg of Hanna Wyoming, Jeannie Ball (Bill) of Boomer, brothers; Ernest Pegg, Wayne Pegg, Bobby Pegg, sisters; Flonnie Green, Patsy Folsum, Frances Kimble, Barbara Neary, 32 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Service will be at 1PM on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Tom Skaggs officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at funeral home.
