My Aunt Francy

I will always have fond memories of my Aunt Francy and the many good times we had together as a family. As a poor kid growing up in London, West Virginia, she did a lot for me, my grandmother, my mom and sister. The many family picnics, car trips, overnight stays and family get-togethers provided positive experiences that I otherwise would not have had. To some degree, she was like an older sister, looking out for me and my best interests, To this day, I think of her every time I see or eat bologna; she made the best fried bologna sandwiches I have every had. I also still remember the car trip from Florida back to West Virginia in the VW bug she once owned. It was her, Donald, Donna, Mike and I all stuffed in that small car making the entire trip in a single day or two, with lots of laughs along the way. What an adventure and great childhood memory. Francy was also a very giving person willing to share whatever she had. I am so grateful that she took in and cared for my Grandmother, Evelyn, until she passed. Donna/Mike, I am so sorry for your loss, you had a Great Mom. Francy, Thank You for all you did for me, Rest In Peace, someday we will meet again. Love Bobby
