Obituary for Lee Riley Melvin
Lee Riley Melvin 57 of Handley died November 10, 2017. He was born in Montgomery on December 17, 1959 and was the son of Garnet Bailey Melvin and the late Fred Melvin. He was also preceded in death by his brother Fred Melvin Jr.
He was a retired LPN and had worked at Quarry Manor with the Alzheimer's patients.
Surviving: mother Garnet Bailey Melvin of Montgomery; sister Mary Thomas and husband Jerry of Montgomery; nieces Garnet Strickland and companion Wayne of Charleston, Michelle Strickland of Charleston and Katie Thomas of Montgomery; nephew Daniel Thomas of Montgomery.
Service will be at 12:00 Noon Monday at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Jeff Floyd officiating. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park at London. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com.
