Obituary for Wanda Pearl Ferrell

Wanda P. Logue Ferrell age 62 of Dixie died April 10, 2017. She was born September 16, 1954 in Bedford, PA and was the daughter of the late John and Gladys Hook Logue. She was also preceded in death by her brother Paul "Woody" Logue.

She was a retired LPN from Montgomery Elderly Care with over 20 years of service having served as Union Steward. She enjoyed spending time outside in her yard gardening and planting flowers.

Surviving is her husband, John Ferrell of 43 years; children Anne Thomas and her husband Mick and Clint Ferrell; here beloved grandchildren Dylan Mason and Savannah Cain; sisters Rainy Plummer, Darlene "Sis" Prime and her husband Michael and Arlene Rosser; her dogs Lilly and Scooby and grand dogs Coco and Ellie.

Thanks to all her friends and family for their visits that very much raised her spirits. Also a special thank you to Dr. Cohen and all the staff at the infusion center of CAMC and also to all the staff at the CAMC Cancer Center for the loving care given to our wife and mother.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:00 PM until the time of service. Graveside service will be held later at Woods Church Cemetery in Rainsburg, PA. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
