Obituary for David Harold Ewing Sr.

David Harold Ewing, Sr., 69, of Summer field, Fla., died September 5, 2016. He was born April 26, 1947, in Hico, to the late George and Opal Ewing. Also preceding him death was his first wife, Vickie Lynn McMillion; daughter, Crystal Lynn Ewing Proctor; granddaughter, Tesa Lynn Ewing; and grandson, Dakota Daniels.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 4253.
He leaves behind his wife, Barbara Tucker Ewing; sons, David Harold Ewing, Jr. of Powellton, W.Va., and Robert Wayne Parker of Belleview, Fla.; daughters, Teresa Ann of Smithers, and Melissa Parker Taylor of Cudjoe Key, Fla.; sister, Rose M. Sizemore of Summerfield, Fla.; and brother, Thomas Ewing of Nitro.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 10, at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Greg Francis officiating. Expressions of sympathy may be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
