Kathryn “Katie” Marguerite Filbin, 90, of Pratt, West Virginia passed away March 16, 2016. She was born January 19, 1926, in Portsmouth, Ohio the daughter of the late Roscoe and Kathryn Blaine. Her brothers, Robert “Bob” Blaine and Jack Blaine, also preceded her in death.
Katie is survived by her husband of 69 years, Charles “Chick” Filbin Jr.; son, Mike Filbin (Vickie) of Owensboro, Kentucky; grandchildren, Jaclyn Filbin Crowder (TJ) and Alicia Filbin, great grand-daughter, Katie J. Crowder, all of Pratt; and also her dear friend, Beulah Samples, of Pratt.
