Violet Kiser age 90 of Powellton died May 15, 2019. She was born March 16, 1928 at Smithers and was the daughter of the late Hansford and Esther Layfayette Cox. She was also preceded in death by her Vernon E. Kiser and daughter Tammy Riley.
Surviving: children, Scarlet Gibson (Tom) of Kimberly, Andy Kizer (Laura) of Powellton, Connie Ballard of Oklahoma City and Cindy Pauley (Randy) of Kimberly; sister Betty Hicks of Oak Hill; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held on Friday at 12:00 Noon at the Simms Memorial United Methodist Church cemetery in Swiss with Rev. Joe Darlington officiating. O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery is in charge of arrangements where expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
