Obituary for Katherine Marie Ramsey
Katherine Marie Ramsey age 64 of Charlton Heights entered the gates of Heaven on May 2, 2019. She was born August 20, 1954. Kathy loved singing gospel music and praising Our Heavenly Father. She loved to hunt, fish and anything outdoors and she dearly loved riding on the back of her Harley Motorcycle. She loved traveling and taking pictures of God’s beautiful creations. Kathy had a heart of gold and she truly touched the hearts of everyone she met. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Goldie Wright and a beloved son Eric Ramsey.
Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 45 years Grant Ramsey Jr.; son Michael Ramsey and wife Lisa; daughter Megan Cottrell and husband Brandon; grandchildren Anastasia, Brianna, Johnathon, Jacob, Blake, Cody, Garrett, Colton, Nicholas, and Noah; great-grandchildren Easton, Izzie and Zak and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Service will be at Wednesday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Jeff Floyd and Rev. Greg Frances officiating. Burial will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens at Glasgow.
