Kimberly Smith Murray departed this life on 1/22/19 to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Kimberly was born on June 11, 1957 in Bluefield West Virginia to the late Ernest E. Smith and Shirley A. (Ashe) Smith. Kimberly attended school in the Wytheville Virginia. She graduated from Bluefield College in 1981. Left to grieve are her husband Marshall K. Murray, Brother Ernest Smith Jr. (Dixie), a host of nieces and nephews. Special nephews Trey and Devin Smith whom she adored.
O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery is in charge of arrangements. The services will be on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the Brookside Ministries Church located at 18419 Deepwater Mountain Road in Mt. Carbon, WV 25139. The Bishop Thomas R. Murray Jr. will be officiating. Visitation will start at 11:00 am and the funeral service will start at 12:00 noon. Burial will be at the Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens in Glasgow, WV. A repass for the family will be held at the Old London School after the services.
