Dorothy Carol Proctor 79 of Cannelton died January 13, 2019. She was born on November 12, 1939 in Huntington to the late William Glenn Ratcliff and Thelma Mae Atkins. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Carlos Ray Proctor, brothers; Gene Ratcliff, Charles Ratcliff, John F. Ratcliff, Paul David Ratcliff, and sister Wanda Johnston.
She was a 50 year member of the Montgomery #38 of OES.
She is survived by her son; David Todd Proctor of Sevierville, TN., sister; Judith Morrissey (Gene) of Columbus, Ohio, five grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Service will be at 11AM on Friday, January 18 at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Pastor Gary H. Tucker officiating. Burial will follow at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow.
