James Sizemore, age 92 of Hugheston, WV passed away on December 5, 2018. He was born on March 2, 1926 in Falling Rock to the late Homer and Colistia Moore Sizemore. Also preceding him in death were his wife Lela Johnson Sizemore, daughters; Carolyn Sue Whitlock, Wilma Garretson, and son Selwyn “Chuck” Sizemore.

He was a retired coal miner and attended the Hughes Creek Community Church.

He is survived by his children; Rose Johnston of Oak Hill, James Franklin (Becky) of Page, Wilbert “Poncho” Standley Sizemore (Sharon) of Montgomery, Harold Eugene Sizemore (Linda) of Carbondale, Homer S. “Bubby” Sizemore (Cheryl) of Montgomery, Letha Proctor of Montgomery, Dallas Sizemore of London, and over fifty grand, great, and great-great grandchildren.

Service will be at 1PM on Monday, December 10th at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Pastor Gary H. Tucker officiating. Burial will follow at Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
