Steven Vernon Keffer age 65 of Montgomery died October 9, 2018. He was born December 7, 1952 at London and he was the son of Hilda Hill Keffer of Kimberly and the late Alvin Keffer. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ray and Mabel Hill and paternal grandparents William and Deloris Keffer.

He was retired from the West Virginia State Tax Dept.

Surviving: mother Hilda Hill Keffer of Kimberly; sisters Nancy Yogt (Jim) of Pennsboro, WV, Yvonne Garcia (Rolando) of Fairmont, Tracey Taylor (Jack) of Kimberly and Shae Keffer of Smithers; 13 nieces and nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews.

Service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Jeff Floyd and John Vogt officiating. Burial will follow in Hill Cemetery at Belva. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
