Justin Mark Grounds, 33 of Parkersburg, WV, formerly of Powellton went to be with the Lord on August 13, 2018. He was born on September 26, 1984 in Charleston to Timothy and Beverly Arthur Grounds.

He loved fishing and hunting with his dad and brother. As well as digging ginseng. He was a recovering drug addict that graduated from the Recovery Point of Parkersburg, WV, and dearly loved The Warehouse Church where he found Jesus.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather’s Homer Grounds and Robert Arthur.

He leaves behind his parents; Timothy and Beverly Grounds of Powellton, brother; Jonah Grounds (Gina) of Powellton, grandmothers; Faye Grounds of Montgomery Heights, and Melvina Arthur of Cannelton. Special aunts; Donna Arthur and Lisa Frye, as well as many uncles and cousins.
