Obituary for Mary Lucille Radford

Mary Lucille Radford, age 101, died May 25, 2018. She was born February 16, 1917, at Elkridge and was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Rosa Eades Austin. She was also predeceased by her husband, Robert Radford; granddaughter, Tina Griffith; and her twin brothers, Lonnie and Tommy Austin.
She was a retired school teacher in Fayette county and a 68-year member of the Kanawha Chapter #38 of the Order of Eastern Star in Montgomery, a member of the White Shrine of Jerusalem for over 50 years and a member of the Powellton United Methodist Church.
Surviving: children, Kenneth Lucas (Nancy) of Oak Hill, Larry Lucas (Ann) of Kimberly, Carol Lucas Griffith of Social Circle, Ga., and Annell Lucas Hudson of Brunswick, Ga.; 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery, with Rev. Joe Darlington and Rev. C. J. Rider officiating. Burial will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens at Glasgow.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
