Patty Sue Cooper 79 of Smithers died May 8, 2018. She was born in Mammoth on January 17, 1939 to the late Sifford Lincoln and Maggie Kirk Hager. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her husband John Thomas Cooper.
She was a former city councilwoman for the city of Smithers and a member of the Smithers Church of God.
She is survived by her son Steven Cooper of Smithers.
