Frances Perkins Clark, 79, of London passed away on Tuesday March 20, 2018, in her home, after a short illness.
She was the fifth of six children. Frances lived most of her life in Kissimmee, FL and worked as a medical transcriptionist. She enjoyed life, family members, and friends.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Evelyn Perkins, three brothers, and her grandson David McClure.
Frances is survived by three children, Mike Williams, Donna and David McClure, and Jackie Lynch; two sisters, Becky Webb and Janet Anderson; and several grandchildren.
