Obituary for Jacqueline Olga Burkhamer
Jacqueline Olga Burkhamer 90 of Cedar Terrace, Cedar Grove, passed away January 13, 2018 after a long illness. She was born in Widen, WV on August 14, 1927 to the late Orbit and Opal Backus.
She was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, John W. “Bill” Burkhamer, brothers; Robert Backus, Wallace Backus, Charles Backus, and granddaughter; Lena Burkhamer-Walker.
She is survived by her children; John W. Burkhamer II (Sharon) of Forest Hills, Joe W. Burkhamer (Susan) of Cross Lanes, Lydia A. Tipton (Eddie) of Sutton, Jean Burkhamer Martin (Ray) of Fayetteville, James R. Burkhamer (Trina) of South Charleston, grandchildren; Jackie, Miranda, Kevin, Joe, great-granddaughter; Aubree, and sister; Nancy Bail of Summersville.
Friends are welcome to attend the graveside service which will be held at 1PM, Friday January 19, 2018 at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Glasgow with Rev.
