George Fredrick “Dickie” Waters, 73 of Montgomery Heights died August 16, 2018. He was born in Deep Water on July 15, 1945 to the late George Fred and Melvia Perry Waters. He was also predeceased by sisters; Ellen Kidd, Frances Popa and brother, Billy Morris.

He was a member of Aerie #1040 FOE, Montgomery, a carpenter and a native of Paint Creek.

He is survived by his children; Tabitha Waters of Pratt, John Waters of Cabin Creek, granddaughter; Laura Withrow of Cleveland, OH., brother; Roy Waters of Montgomery Heights, sisters; Mary Withrow of Chattanooga, TN., Regina Little of Montgomery, as well as many nieces and nephews.
