Obituary for Jerry Wayne Cottrell
Jerry Wayne Cottrell 67 of Cannelton died January 3, 2018. He was born in Indore, WV on January 17, 1950 to the late Granville and Bonnie Phalen Cottrell.
He was a retired miner operator from Cannelton Industries and a member of the UMWA district 17.
He is survived by his wife Georgia Blethen Cottrell, children; Chris Cottrell (Faith) of Cannelton, Joanna Collins (Jonathan) of Charleston, Bonnie Lynn Hill (Tori) of Charleston, and Misty Watson of Cedar Grove. 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Sisters; Elizabeth Miller of Montgomery and Jennifer Stephens of Charleston.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 5-8PM at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
