Obituary for Christopher Ray Wallace

Christopher Ray Wallace, 35 of Mt. Carbon, died August 4, 2017 after a long battle with brain cancer. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and uncle. Chris was a kind hearted man who truly loved his family and never missed a chance to tell them so. He loved and cherished being a father to his two beautiful children Nathaniel and Leighanna who were the apple of his eye. He was a devoted man to God who lived by his faith and attended New Life Center Church in Cedar Grove.

Chris was preceded in death by his mother Judy L. Manley, and grandmother Mildred I. McClure.

Left to cherish his memories are his father David E. Manley, Sr., wife Kayla Wallace, son Nathaniel, daughter Leighanna, sisters; Lisa Ramsey and husband Michael of Handley, Nicki Nuckols and husband Josh of Ansted, brothers; Michael Wallace of Smithers, and Davey Manley of Virginia. He was also loved by his nieces and nephews Brianna, Jacob, Garrett, Colton, Noah, Easton, James, and Alivia.

Funeral service will be held at 3PM on Monday, August 7, 2017 at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Pastor Rick McCracken officiating. Burial will follow at Dickinson Cemetery, Alta. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
