Raymond Lee "Red" Cook age 67 of Sharon died March 5, 2017. He was born June 21, 1949 in Marlington and was the son of the late Raymond Coolidge and Opal Barrett Cook.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a retired coal miner with 43 years of service and an avid hunter and fisherman.

Surviving is his wife of 47 years Sandra Cook; children Wendy Light of Charleston and Rebecca Stanley and her husband Earl of Ohley; grandchildren Josh Cook and his wife Jessica, Mark Cook and his wife Brittany and James Light; great-grandchildren Joshua, Bryce and Cameron; sister Patricia Brewer and husband David of Lockwood; brother Donald Cook and several nieces.

A celebration of Raymond's life will be held Tuesday March 7, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
