The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kenneth Overbay can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Steven and Michelle Brewer Brown
Condolence: God saw he was getting tired
and a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms around him
and whispered, "Come with Me."

With tearful eyes everyone watched him suffer
and saw him fade away,
Although everyone loved him dearly
Everyone could not make him stay.

His Golden heart stopped Beating
Hard Working Hands put to rest
God Broke every ones Heart to prove to us
He only takes the best.

Steven and I send our deepest heartfelt condolences and prayers out to the entire Overbay family. Especially to my sister and brother in law Steven and Christina Overbay and to Kenny's daughter Brandi. If you all need anything please let us know. We love you all. Hugs and Prayers

Condolence: With deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences I write to share a beautiful scriptural promise of comfort and hope.  Jeremiah 29:11 "For I well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you,’ declares Jehovah, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope."  This hope is the promise to see our dear loved ones who have past away again.  When God brings them back to life through a resurrection to reunite them with us forever again.  John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."  What a beautiful promise and how comforting to know that we can have the heartwarming hope that someday, in God’s new world, we will be reunited with loved ones who have fallen asleep in death.

Until that day soon may fond memories of your dear loved one bring you comfort during this hard time in your life. Look back on all the good memories you were able to have and smile at the fact that you were able to share these.  My heart and sympathies go out to you and your family.

Condolence From: T. Kelly
Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. The death of a love one can be extremely difficult to cope with. Many have found comfort in the many promises found in God's word the bible. Acts 24:15 has special meaning for many. There it speaks about the resurrection. By means of the resurrection our loving Creator, Jehovah God, will restore life back to those sleeping in death as promised (Titus1:2). Please embrace this wonderful promise of God during this difficult time.
