Obituary for Imogene Adaire Lively
Imogene Adaire Matics Lively age 83, of Handley, WV died Tuesday Sept 6, 2016 after a long illness. Preceding her in death were her parents Fred and Ruth Forsythe Matics of Handley.
She was a retired postmaster working at Hansford, WV for many years. She was a member of the Handley Baptist Church for over 70 years.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years Donnie R. Lively, Sr. of Handley, sons Donnie R. Lively, Jr. (Kelly) of South Charleston, WV and Terry Lively of Petersburg, WV. Grandsons Matthew Lively (Lisa) of Whitesville, WV, and Patrick Lively (Christina Smith) of South Charleston, WV. Great granddaughter Lillian Grace Lively of Hamlin, WV and Step great granddaughters Alyssa Ford, and Ashlyn Ford of Whitesville, WV. In addition, Stoney Jackson of Handley, WV.
Service will be 2PM on Friday, September 9, 2016 at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Pastor Alford Boyd and Rev. James Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow at Highlawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Montgomery General Elderly Care Center for their loving and exceptional care over the last two years.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Montgomery General Elderly Care Center activities fund.
