Obituary for William E. "Billy" Keeney

William Edgar "Bill" Keeney of East Bank age 64 went home to be with the Lord April 8, 2015. He is preceded in death by his mother Erma Keeney, his father Edgar Keeney and his sister Dean Hicks all of East Bank, WV.

Bill was a lifelong resident of East Bank, a member of the United States Air Force, a proud veteran of the Vietnam War, a loving husband and father, a die hard WVU Mountaineer fan, an avid proponent of political incorrectness and will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Patsy Keeney of Cannelton, daughter Melissa "Missy'" Keeney of Cannelton, his son William "Darby" Keeney of Clarksburg, WV, daughter Shannon "Rosie" Keeney of Deep Water; grandchildren Taylor Parker, Hunter Parker, Bristol Keeney and two yet to be born unnamed grandchildren; sisters, Lois Shew of Maryland and Linda Ellis of Chesapeake as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Service will be 3:30 PM Tuesday at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Fr. Stan Holmes officiating. Burial will follow at Montgomery Memorial Park, London. Friends may call 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
