Richard Allen "Fat Cat" Keeney age 62 of Powellton died September 17, 2014. He was born September 26, 1952 and was the son of the late William "Cracker" Kenney and Ethel Kenney Butcher. Also preceding him in death is his brother, Rusty Kenney.

He is survived by his sisters; Sandra Pauley and her husband Bob of Cannelton and Rosalie Laverty and her husband Bobby of Brunswick, Ohio; several nieces and nephews and his caregivers; Melissa Davis and Rick Perdue.

There will be no services at this time. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
